The Victims' Centre, within the Ministry of Justice, provides victim/survivors with information about their rights, entitlements and the criminal justice process. It does this through the Victims' Information website, Victims' Information publications and Victims' Information Line.
The Victims' Centre also acts as the government’s coordination point for victim/survivor issues and leads stakeholder engagement to improve the design and delivery of services for victim-survivors.
