You can report that someone is harming you at any time.

When can you tell?

It might have happened recently or a long time ago. You can report that someone is harming you at any time.

Who can I tell?

You can talk to the Police or you can tell a trusted adult – someone you know who you feel safe with.  They could be a relative, teacher, friend’s parent, sports coach or any other adult you feel OK talking to.

Telling Police

If you want to talk to the Police you can call them on 111 or visit a Police station.  You can ask for someone who knows about sexual violence.

Getting help

There are places to get support. Your trusted adult may be able to access support on your behalf.
